TOSCANO ITALIAN BISTRO
Toscano Italian Bistro is locally owned and operated and offers authentic Italian cuisine made fresh daily using only the freshest ingredients and served in a casual, non-chain environment. Teresa Pruitt’s culinary skills enable Toscano’s menu to provide selections in true Italian style and flavor with regional influences from Tuscany, Reggio Emilia and Modena, Teresa’s artful crafting of old world recipes and ingredients offers a unique dining experience for Utahns.
In keeping with Italian tradition, the pastas and entrees are made to order from daily prepared pastas and meats, the pizzas use only Italian “00” flour, San Marzano tomatoes and fresh bufala mozzarella and cooked in wood-only fired Italian clay ovens and the gelatos are made fresh daily at each location.
Come enjoy a dining experience with true Italian flavor in either our old world setting in Sandy or the more chic and modern setting of Foothill or on the terrazzas at either location.
